To Apply for membership in the SPWLA:

1 - Please read the Qualifications and the Amended Articles of Incorporation.

2 - View and print off the Membership Application Form (pdf format)
      (click here for student membership application)

Completed forms can then be faxed into the home office for processing. on-line submission is not yet available.
