Mining and Geotechnical Logging Society (MGLS)

The MGLS chapter generally holds its meetings annually during the summer months.

The meeting city varies from year to year. In 2002 the annual meeting was held in Toronto, from August 21-23 in conjunction with KEGS.

Membership in MGLS is open to members of SPWLA and others who are employing borehole geophysical techniques in endeavors related to mining, environmental, hydrologic, and other geotechnical investigations.

Annual membership fee is $15 (US) (payable with SPWLA dues).
