Cancellation and Refund Policy:

a) A processing fee of USD 100 will be charged for cancellations received
    before the registration deadline 10 March 2008.
b) Cancellations received after the registration deadline, 10 March 2008,
     entitle the registrant to receive a 25% refund.
c) No refund on cancellations received within seven (7) days prior to the Workshop date,
    i.e. on or after 23 March 2008.
An individual registration may be transferable to another individual prior to 23 March 20078
d) No refund will be issued if a registrant fails to attend the Topical Conference or for partial attendance
