ABSTRACT

The log analyst with a service company has a very interesting occupation. He works with the customers of the service company providing them with a variety of services including the interpretation of old logs and completion suggestions. The primary responsibility of the service company log analyst toward any customer is to provide competent technical advice.

The log analyst also works within the various departments of his own company including field operations, sales, research-development and interpretation. His talents are needed and used by all these departments. He is an essential man in the organization of a service company.
