Terms and Conditions

Registration fee must be received in full prior to the start date of the course.
Registration Fee Includes; Course Cost, Course Material, AM and PM Coffee Break with Light Snack and Lunch.
Registration Cancellation Fee; There will be no penalty for cancellations received on or before the date 30 days prior to the first day of the registered conference/workshop.  A cancellation fee of 50% of registration costs will be applied for cancellations received between 29 to 10 days before the conference/workshop.
No refund will be issued for cancellations received less than 10 days before the first day of the conference/workshop.
Substitutions: Are welcome. A $25 fee will be assessed with the original registrant for transfers of registration to another attendee for the same conference/workshop.

Accommodations; Housing is not included in the registration fee. Attendee is responsible for making his/her own Hotel arrangements. Hotels located within one half mile of the SPWLA Business office are Marriott, Fairfield by Marriott, Courtyard by Marriott, Four Points by Sheridan, America's Best Value, Drury Inn and Suites. Map available upon request.

Restrictions: Video and audio recording devices are strictly prohibited. The unauthorized use of recording devices can result in the forfeit of registration and the immediate removal from the premises.
